On the wall of Morgan's office, in the background of the photo above, is a photocopied article that Morgan's predecessor and friend, Andrew Burrell, had left behind.
Andrew pointed out to me that it's translation is "HOWARD KISSES BUSH'S ARSE" or words to that effect.
A subtle hint at what he really felt or some sort of oversight when taking the picture!?!?

What did THE report tell us?
The airport emergency service was incompetent…well there’s something unexpected, it’s Indonesia.
The co-pilot was too scared/ensconced in social hierarchy to question his superior…again, it’s Indonesia.
They’re going to try not to let anyone be punished… shocker there, given that it’s Indonesia.
The only thing I can’t understand here is the pilot. I mean come on people, this guy is obviously suicidal or mentally retarded, because surely (assuming the report is accurate) self preservation should have kicked in around alarm bell two!

Does he not understand that whole mortality thing that comes with being human?
Did anyone do a tox. screen on him after the crash, because it sounds like the guy was high as a kite, or at least crawling around the bottom of a bottle.
15 ALARMS… This goes beyond stupidity, beyond training, beyond basic human instincts.
It’s just ludicrous!
I know a few conspiracy nuts that would have a field day with this.
